Shipping Policy
At Food Packaging Online Pty Ltd, we are committed to delivering your packaging products promptly, safely, and at a fair cost. Please read the information below to understand how our shipping process works.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver Australia-wide using a range of trusted couriers and freight partners. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Dispatch Timeframes
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During peak periods, public holidays or promotional sales, dispatch times may be extended.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated transit times are:
- Metro Areas (NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT) – 1-3 business days
- Regional Areas – 3–7 business days
- WA, NT, TAS, Far North QLD – 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier network, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the order. In some cases, promotional shipping rates or free shipping may be available, which will be clearly advertised on the site.
5. Remote Area or Bulky Goods Delivery Charges
Food Packaging Online reserves the right to re-evaluate the delivery fee charged on the website if the actual freight cost to the destination is excessive — including deliveries to remote areas, offshore zones, or for bulky and oversized goods.
If additional charges apply, we will contact you prior to dispatch with the revised fee. If this charge is unacceptable, we will refund the full order amount, and the order will be cancelled without penalty.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
Unless otherwise stated, our deliveries require a signature. If you prefer an Authority to Leave (ATL) without signature, please provide clear instructions during checkout. Food Packaging Online accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items if ATL is selected.
7. Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed, please first check your tracking number for updates. If unresolved after 2 days past the expected delivery date, please contact our customer support for assistance.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
All orders are packed with care. In the rare event that items arrive damaged or are missing from your delivery:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods
- Provide photos of the damage and your order number
- We will investigate and offer a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate
9. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Due to the bulkiness of our products, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical delivery address with someone available to receive the order during business hours.
10. Questions or Support
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
